When purchasing Name Badges there are a couple of things to remember. Please give us the correct name with correct spelling for each badge you purchase. Badges are only available to be picked up from our monthly meetings. They will not be shipped.

NB. Badges are only for CDFHS Inc members. Non members purchasing badges will have their money refunded.
